Pricing varies based on airport, service type, number of travelers, and lead time. You’ll always receive a quote before confirming. Custom services or urgent requests may incur additional fees.
“Guidance” means a personal concierge will assist and escort you throughout the airport process. “Fast Track” refers to priority lanes through security, immigration, or customs. Not all airports offer Fast Track — we’ll always clarify what’s included before booking.
Yes — you can book for family, friends, colleagues, or clients. We also work directly with travel agents and corporate travel planners.
We understand that travel can be unpredictable. Most services can be canceled or changed with notice. Full details are included in your confirmation.
In most cases, yes. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, but we’ll do our best to accommodate short-notice requests.
You’ll be met at the terminal by a personal concierge who helps with luggage, escorts you through check-in, security, and immigration, and guides you all the way to your gate or car.
Standard Meet & Greet provides personal escort through the airport, while Exclusive Lounge and Private Suite options include tarmac transfers and bypass the terminal entirely — with the Private Suite offering maximum privacy and discretion.
Your confirmation will include full details on where and when to meet your WelcomeWings agent, plus a contact number for real-time assistance.
